Requirements

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and understanding of SIM (Service Incentive Mechanism), the water quality contacts performance commitment and the challenges associated. You will demonstrate a working understanding of social media platforms and the necessary skills to analyse relevant customer data through real time customer contacts, Customer Voice, SIM analysis and social media listening.

Candidates will ability to build a strong working relationship across operational teams, central control, our service partners, Customer Management and Loop in order to maintain a high level of performance. The ability to cope under pressure, act calmly and rationally in a sometimes, stressful environment.

The ability to anticipate problems, understand cause and effect and identify practical solutions. Ideally you will have strong excel and analytical skills with an understanding of ICE, SAP, Odyssey and Blaster

Job responsibilities

As a Customer Service Events Coordinator you will play a pinnacle role in achieving our company aspiration of leader in service (SIM) through centrally managing the company's proactive customer communication channels, working in collaboration with Loop, Service Partners and the Customer Management teams.

The role will play an integral part to understanding the nature of real time water quality contacts and carrying out a live root cause analysis to initialise the most suitable mitigation or customer facing response. A good understanding of the water quality contacts performance commitment and associated challenge is essential in understanding the importance of the role.

You will provide dedicated customer communication support in the management of incidents working alongside the current Service Events Coordinator and proactive customer communication channels.

You will deliver Customer Service in line with our Customer Promise considering both external and internal customers
