As part of the People MI team, you are required to work in partnership with the Group Functions People leadership team to ensure that the MI, Analytics and Insight for the Functions informs and influences key decisions at strategic and operational levels. You will work collaboratively with other MI Partners to ensure that the Global requirements are met and that reporting is conducted in a consistent and coherent manner. You will deliver and manage an annual and long range workforce plan as part of the Strategic Workforce Planning activity. You are also responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of management tools to optimize Workforce Planning; manager dashboards, reporting and trending. This role will report to the People MI & Analytics lead.
