Job responsibilities

What’s the role?

Based in London, this leading role spans Europe and beyond. You’ll identify markets and segments for us to do business in, matching them with compelling commercial drivers. As an accomplished new business professional, you’ll recognise that Shell’s global brand and existing footprint in gas and commercial sales will be a huge factor in helping you achieve good returns.

Your primary focus will be on selling utility-scale solar PV and PV with storage, whether that’s through competitive processes or bi-lateral offtake agreements. You’ll need to manage a pipeline of products – from commercial viability and negotiating PPAs through to supporting finance negotiations and delivering to NTP.

Much hinges on your partnership-building skills: you’ll need to co-ordinate internal and external parties to reach investment decisions and work hand in hand with colleagues across. New Energies and Shell globally to develop innovative deal structures around PV and broader energy offerings.
