Noting title and report drafting for clients Drafting certificates of title Analysing and reporting on investment leases Drafting, negotiating and implementing acquisition contract and sale missives for a variety of transaction types. Drafting and negotiating leases and options Assisting with negotiation and implementation of development/project agreements General property management for various types of client/properties. Be aware of Brodies’ information security policies, and protect information assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference at all times.
