Essential & Desirable criteria:
Previous/ Current experience in a similar role ideally within the Construction industry.
Experience of managing a team.
Ideally be at Senior CR Advisor level now and looking for the next step in your career.
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Knowledgeable of the Social Value Act (2012)
Continue to seek out best practice to maintain CR knowledge
Key Tasks and Activities
-Monitor and report on employment plans in line with contractual commitments to Local Authority and client.
-Negotiate to secure Apprenticeships, work experience placements and job opportunities
-Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate bodies, agencies and community organisations to secure funding, maximise exposure of the project and gain access to candidates seeking job opportunities.
-Co-ordinate funded training courses internally and with third parties such as ESOL and NVQ`s.
-Develop education and employability sessions to be delivered for options schools, Colleges and Universities and coordinate and manage site tours, talks and work experience placements which are available.
