Requirements
- You’re working towards a 2:1 degree in marketing, IT, HR or business.
- You have flair for customer service and you like to lead by example.
- Your communications skills – written, oral and presentation – are exceptional.
- You have a natural ability to build relationships and network.
- You can analyse and interpret MI.
- You’re flexible when it comes to location.
Job responsibilities
- Actively leading, coaching and motivating the team to do better
- Optimising the team’s performance through improved processes
- Making sure the team’s compliant at all times
- Owning communication from, into and within the team – including presenting at monthly team meetings
- Analysing internal and external management information to understand performance.
