- Depth of knowledge on the Dell EMC Services portfolio
- Demonstrates good teamwork
- At least 5 years’ experience of working within Services business
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Driving Revenue and Margin Growth for Services
- Increase attached services, Deployment Services across the full Dell EMC product portfolio of client and enterprise solutions.
- Define an account plan in conjunction with the PAM to be agreed to by the partner and manage the effective execution of the plan
- Identify the key opportunities for services growth within each of your partners and put a plan in place to drive for growth
- Manage the pipeline of opportunity and provide accurate forecasting to the business
- Drive campaigns and promotions with your partners
- Provide services training to your partners
- Work on RFP’s as required
- Provide business updates on a regular basis
- Ensure a high level of partner and overall customer experience
