Job responsibilities

  • Driving Revenue and Margin Growth for Services
  • Increase attached services, Deployment Services across the full Dell EMC product portfolio of client and enterprise solutions.
  • Define an account plan in conjunction with the PAM to be agreed to by the partner and manage the effective execution of the plan
  • Identify the key opportunities for services growth within each of your partners and put a plan in place to drive for growth
  • Manage the pipeline of opportunity and provide accurate forecasting to the business
  • Drive campaigns and promotions with your partners
  • Provide services training to your partners
  • Work on RFP’s as required
  • Provide business updates on a regular basis
  • Ensure a high level of partner and overall customer experience
