Requirements
- 5-10 years good industry experience and category/merchandising experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to analyse information and draw accurate insightful conclusions
- Strong consultative skills and an ability to influence others to achieve results
- Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables
- Strong strategic planning skills with an ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
Job responsibilities
- Define and build go-to-market and channel distribution marketing strategies for the EMEA region. Analyse business performance and long term trends, making recommendations to internal stakeholders on opportunities to grow and enhance the business
- Develop & own in-quarter tactics for sell in / sell through plans in coordination with sales
- Effectively plan the business through the creation of quarterly / cycle LOB plans
- Achieve RUM goals as per cycle plan to meet or exceed financial plans and Dell CCC objectives
- Provide input and guidance into the supply / demand / UPP accuracy process,
- Manage inventory and minimize aged inventory by taking corrective actions to sell-through any aging stock or LTS liability
- Develop comprehensive product transition and marketing plan supporting the GTM strategies; drives consensus toward management of in-country full-integrated plan – Sell to Plan
- Tracking and providing value added analysis on key metrics of business and marketing perform
