Requirements

To be successful in this role, you’ll have experience working across multiple sites with lots of different people. You’ll need to have a strong knowledge of industry trends, best practice and compliance with legislation too. Your background will be in retail, and any retail or FM experience would be ideal. And if you have what it takes to handle the complexity that comes with managing meaningful customer and supplier relationships across various different locations, you’ll thrive in our fast paced and energetic environment.

Job responsibilities

  • carry out a review of service in your stores, walking in the customer’s footsteps and making sure your stores are compliant
  • engage with store colleagues, discuss their issues and guide and coach them on their use of our help desk system
  • meet with regional managers to discuss sit visits; update them with any findings and concerns
  • carry out regular health and safety audits; support with operational safety and incident management
  • work with estates teams on refits and new builds; input into project meetings
  • manage budget; reviewing spend, manage quotes and estimates and take responsibility for managing the capital throughout the period
