Working within a team environment, we are looking for somebody who has strong time management skills, and a great attitude to supporting the team achieve their goals. You need to have attention to detail & be highly accurate; organising viewings taking responsibility for our display material and mailings to clients. You will be working with a number of professionals and on occasions carrying out accompanied viewings. The role will require you to maintain confidentiality so you must be discreet. Knowledge and/or experience of residential property & new homes would be great, but is not essential; however, you must have a real interest in property and sound knowledge of the local area. Great communication skills are a must alongside an enthusiastic and professional manner. Occasional weekend support may be required.
You may have had experience in any of the following areas: Administration, Sales Coordination, Client & customer delivery, residential property sales, real estate, estate agency administration.
The role involves a variety of client liaison and administration tasks including taking calls and dealing with clients at Reception, accurate filing, producing reports, client correspondence and putting together engaging presentations and client documentation. You need to have outstanding PC skills, ideally with knowledge of property industry software such as Reapit and/or Navision so databases and spreadsheets can be maintained and updated.
