Requirements

Experience in working to deadlines Ability to multi-task and excellent administration and organisation skills. Strong communication skills with good verbal and written English. Good literacy and numeracy skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook Desire to work within a team and is keen to develop and learn for career development

Job responsibilities

Play a supporting role to the Commercial Director and assisting with any Buying related activities deemed appropriate Assisting the site with ordering of materials and invoicing Administration of sub-contract orders Assisting and collating information for monthly reporting to the region Order equipment such as company mobile phones and PPE Attend meetings and take meeting minutes when required. Be required to assist with general administration tasks such a filing, photocopying, scanning, general clerical duties and answering the telephone in a polite and professional manner Deal with queries via email / telephone Develop and maintain relationships with all the customer departments Maintain accurate contract administration files
