We are looking for a commercially-driven analyst with the ability to balance analytical complexity (running code, getting to the right data & outputs) with the ability to liaise with the business unit leads, and who is passionate about customer insights. Key to your role will be ensuring the customer is at the heart of every business decision made. The Senior Customer Insights Analyst sits as part of the Global Customer Insights team and will be expected to work with the insights and market research teams across EU and globally. While this role is based in the UK, the successful applicant will be expected to travel when necessary and to understand that the best business solution is likely to contain a blend of insights, analytics and research outputs.
The purpose of the Customer Insight team is to turn customer insight into action that leads to commercial and competitive advantage and can be replicated in other markets. The overall goal of the Customer Insigh Analyst is to deliver actionable customer insight based on internal customer data and to work with the team to embed that insight within the UK business to inform strategic and tactical goals.
