Requirements

To have a good working knowledge of the local market, and comply with and promote the Core Supply Chain philosophy in the preparation of the tender enquiry list with the Bid Team. To have a challenging mindset with particular regards to new technologies, alternatives or Value Engineering in order to obtain competitive advantage. Good level of knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Job responsibilities

To manage the in-house team dedicated to the project To select and appoint consultants and manage them throughout the process To supervise the selection and appointment of advisors acting for BYUK To supervise the preparation of the D&B price according to the Bouygues UK internal procedures To select and appoint consultants for Due Diligence required by the Funders and manage them throughout the process To manage all aspects of the bid process To launch, lead and take decision all along the Tender process To be the company representative for contracts with the client team To organise and supervise the bid submission To conduct the negotiation and closing of the contract once the Bouygues Consortium has reached the preferred bidder status To prepare information relating to the project for the corporate management and the shareholders To keep the commercial director informed and to seek his assistance as and when necessary To prepare the budget forecast and monitor the expenditures against forecast
