- Proven experience of providing Technical Field Support within a client environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and software

- Provide second line support for Desktop/Laptop computers, applications, and related technology
- Specify, install and test computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines
- Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and support of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software
- Perform 2nd line hardware diagnostics and recommend and perform upgrades on systems to ensure compliancy
- Assess functional needs to determine specifications for purchases for technical projects
- Train and orient customers on use of hardware and software
