- Previous, pertinent experience of devising and delivering complex technical training
- Proven ability to credibly interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- Will have met and exceeded quality and utilisation targets for instructor performance
- Will have executed and shared best practices for ensuring excellence in instructor training and performance
- Capable of making recommendations for updating training courses and materials to ensure continuous course improvements particularly as new versions of product are released
- Will have maintained own professional development; including continuous learning of new products/technologies to communicate experiences and solutions to fellow colleagues
- Delivery of customer technical training on Dell Networking products including Enterprise Networking Product Services & Solutions
- Explain subjects of a complex and technical nature in an effective, efficient, and articulate manner
- Interact with and educate students at all levels of proficiency and technical expertise
- Delivery of a technical training curriculum to Dell Customers and Partners through a combination of blended learning solutions. Including but not limited to a group classroom settings, online through an e-learning or Live Distance Learning (LDL), recorded presentations, or on a one-to-one basis.
- Ensure effective delivery of training to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required
- Assist in the development and review of new training materials by analyzing customer feedback and providing feedback for recommended revisions to course curriculum
