This is a fun role that will suit someone who loves speaking to and meeting new people. Building and maintaining relationships is key to this role so you will need to be confident and have an excellent phone manner.
Processing each lead initially, generating viewings and allocating to the relevant Centre Manager thereafter Liaising with brokers/clients and accurately arranging tours in the Centre Manager's diary with full notes Accepting/rejecting leads efficiently and accurately Sending viewing confirmations, follow ups and reports Ensuring that the calls are directed to the appropriate person/client/company in a helpful and informed manner Ensuring calls are answered as quickly and efficiently as possible Ensuring that all messages via the enquiries line are redirected and company name and details of person are noted Attending networking/brokers events or other when required Helping to keep meeting room platforms up-to-date and generate bookings
