Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have proven experience in a Front Office/Reception at Senior Supervisory/Management status within Hotels only. They will have overall responsability for Hotel reception, including the night team and oversee all housekeeping.

We are looking for someone who has hands on management culture, self motivated and who can also motivate a team in busy periods whilst maintaining and delivering exceptionally high standards in all areas

Job responsibilities

  • Setting up strategies and action plans to ensure that departmental objectives/targets are consistently met. This will include contributing to weekly forecasting of business plus the annual department budget.
  • To be responsible for ensuring that there is a high standard ofcommunication with all guests, dealing with any complaints or compliments and reporting them to the Management Team.
  • To be able to perform Duty Management shifts, ensuring that all departments are fully staffed.
  • To produce daily/weekly reports related to front of house and to make sure all proceedures are in line with company standards and policies.
  • Ensuring clear and straightforward communication is maintained through the Front of House and all other Operational departments
  • Leading and developing all front of house staff to deliver exceptional standards
