Bachelor's degree; business, technology and marketing related subjects preferred; 3-5 years experience in a sales representative role; Demonstratable track record of selling Satellite (VSAT) communications services and/or Telco infrastructure to MNO's, telecoms companies; Have a deep understanding of telecommunication technology; Experience of managing Key Accounts; Ability to create winning bid proposals, plan and conduct contract negotiations and present in a compelling manager; Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and customers; Familiar with data analysis and reporting; Abiltiy to work under pressure; Strong interpersonal skills; Knowledge of the industry and markets, detailed know-how of products, applications, competitive materials and competitors. Knowledge of sales processes; Experience of finance and product management; Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Job responsibilities

Carry and achieve a significant personal sales target; Achieve a good market understanding of EE and how and where our products can fill the requirements; Work closely with the EE to devise and deliver individual sales targets and subsequent revenues; Execute negotations about pricing, delivery within boundaries set by sales and product management; Develop and maintain networks at adequate levels of the value chain and accounts organisation focusing on engineering, technology and sales; Responsible to communicate internally and to the customer new product development needs/ request / availability; Responsible for collecting market information and communicating current and emerging needs for existing and potential accounts within the region to drive new business development; Responsible for accurate sales forecasting; Work closely with EE to generate relationships with HO at both national and local to secure contracts wherever they are available; Provide regular forecasts from the generation, management and closing of a pipeline of sales utilising a CRM system; Ensure that the interfaces to EE work effectively with the overall Sales, Marketing and Operations functions within Avanti business; Provide interface into the company for special requirements and projects.
