Job responsibilities

You will be part of an established, friendly and self motivated team of 25 people, dealing with new business, renewals and adjustments for your allocated account and account executives and supporting your team members. There is a wealth of experience and expertise for you to call on. You will be dealing with a wide range of cases with commercial policies, ranging from 1K to 50K premiums. This will include motor, haulage, property owners and leisure. An integral part of the role is the creation of risk presentations to Insurers and the negotiation of terms for the whole office in line with client requirements. Client satisfaction is a key priority in this role, we are looking for a strong relationship builder, whose technical abilities consistently aid the retention of clients to Bluefin. You will have an understanding of insurance products and a performance history of delivering business targets. You will ensure all instructions and requirements are handled promptly and accurately, and maintain communication and understanding through accurate reports and summaries.
