CIPD qualification (full or part qualified) You don't have to be PRINCE qualified, but you will need a good understanding of the project lifecycle and have experience of working on projects in an HR setting. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills essential Strong organisation and time management skills Influencing skills – ability to influence managers and employees at all levels Ability to communicate effectively at the most senior level and work with people at all levels Ability to negotiate with line managers Sound generalist HR work experience, including managing projects Thorough grounding in principles of Employment Law
As part of the wider HR Business Partnering team, you will take part in scoping key projects relating to various HR tasks such as organisation design, performance management, talent management, succession planning, pay review and absence monitoring. You'll lead and project manage the delivery of various projects across HR in partnership with the business; managing and influencing your stakeholders effectively along the way. You will also report and analyse using our HR MI tool, to provide effective solutions & strategies to ensure metrics are being met and shortfalls are addressed. (ie,. turnover, headcount, discipline and grievance, performance management, absence etc) Another large part of your role will be to provide expert advice and guidance to the business on HR policies throughout these project lifecycles, including processes & procedures relating to the project delivery. You will also participate in AXA UK wide HR related projects and tailor to meet PPP healthcare needs prior to delivery.
