The Information Provided by the User

The information you provide will be used in the recruitment process and accompanying actions related to the transfer, processing and storage of information to be provided to potential employers, recruitment agencies or jobseekers. The information you provide when completing the registration form and your account will be processed in accordance with UK legislation. Customer agrees that JOBGEAR may use the Customer's name, trademarks and logos (“IP-Rights”) for the purposes of providing the Services.

Personal information comprising your CV may be accessed through the JOBGEAR database by third parties outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). This could happen, for instance, if you apply for a vacancy where the employer is based outside the EEA. By registering and using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

Work with Account

Services offered on or through the Site require you to open an account including setting up a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential.You agree to notify JOBGEAR immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security by submitting the feedback form for us to temporarily block your account.

In its sole discretion, we may suspend the use of the Site without explanation or notification.

Limitation of Liability

JOBGEAR disclaims any and all liability, direct and indirect, for acts arising out of the use of the Site, whether the loss of business, revenue or profits, distortion or destruction of data. You agree to indemnify us against all costs, claims and losses, liabilities and proceedings which may have taken place due to the incorrect use of the Site. You will notify us immediately using the feedback form, should someone threaten to submit your claim for the misuse of the Site.
